1. Identification of the provider

2. Service

Kristian Transfers provides private passenger transport in Mallorca, mainly between Palma Airport and hotels, villas, towns and golf courses, and transfers between destinations. Service is provided with vehicles and drivers assigned according to the number of passengers booked.

3. Bookings and prices

Prices are shown in euros and are fixed per vehicle, not per person, according to the route and the group size booked. Pickups between the night hours shown on the Prices page carry a night supplement. The total you see when booking includes all service charges. Promo codes apply to the net amount. The total is displayed before you confirm and is recalculated by our server when the booking is created.

4. Payment

You can pay online by card through Stripe or, when offered, in cash to the driver. We do not store card details.

• Card: there is no booking until payment succeeds. An abandoned attempt is cancelled and does not create a service or a confirmation email.
• Cash: you receive confirmation by email and pay the driver on the day of the service.

Notices of confirmed bookings are sent to autocareskristian@gmail.com.

5. Donations

The Donate page lets you make a voluntary contribution from 1 €, for any amount you enter, paid by card (Stripe) or PayPal. A donation is not a transfer booking and does not create a service.

6. Information you provide

You must provide accurate details (names, phone, email, pickup address, number of passengers and, for arrivals, flight number). We are not responsible for failed pickups caused by incorrect or missing information. If your flight is delayed, we adapt the pickup at no extra cost when we have your flight number.

7. Changes and cancellations

You can ask to change or cancel your booking by email or WhatsApp, quoting your booking reference. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice are eligible for a refund of the amount paid. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or in part when the service had already been assigned. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

8. Luggage, child seats and passengers

Luggage, child seats, bicycles and golf bags are included at no extra cost but must be declared when booking so that the right vehicle is sent. The number of passengers cannot exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. Child seats must be requested in advance.

9. Passenger conduct

Passengers must respect the driver, the vehicle and applicable law. The service may be refused or ended, without refund, if the safety of people or the vehicle is at risk. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the person responsible.

10. Liability

Kristian Transfers is responsible for the service within the limits set by law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, force majeure or events outside our control, nor for the loss of items left in the vehicle beyond what the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

11. Use of the website

The user must use the website lawfully and not attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to it. All content (texts, design, logo and code) belongs to Kristian Transfers or its licensors; photographs are credited on the Image credits page. Reproducing them without permission is not allowed.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy and use cookies as described in our Cookies policy.

13. Complaints

Complaint forms are available on request. You can also write to autocareskristian@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible. Consumers in the EU may use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the consumer's place of residence will have jurisdiction where the law requires; otherwise, the courts of Palma de Mallorca.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of booking applies to that booking.
