How do I book a transfer?

Choose your route, date, time and number of passengers on the Book page, add your contact details and pay by card or choose cash. You get an email confirmation with your booking reference.

How much in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for night services or busy dates. Online bookings need a minimum notice of a few hours; for urgent requests, contact us by WhatsApp.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The price depends on the destination and on the size of your group (1–4, 5–8, 9–12 or 13–16 passengers). Night pickups (20:00–06:00) have a 15% supplement.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay online by credit or debit card, processed securely by Stripe, or choose to pay the driver in cash when this option is available.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number when booking. We monitor arrivals, adjust the pickup time and wait up to 60 minutes after landing, at no extra cost. Your driver meets you at arrivals with a Kristian Transfers sign. Please tell us about any big change.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Card payments are non-refundable once paid. Cash bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup must be paid in full (driver already assigned). Contact us with your booking reference.

Is luggage included?

Yes. Luggage, child seats, bikes and golf bags are included at no extra cost. Tell us what you bring so we can send the right vehicle.

Do you cover the whole island?

Yes. We have fixed prices between Palma Airport and a long list of towns, resorts and golf courses. If your destination is not listed, contact us and we will quote it.
